Testimonies
In 2005, Gail and I received our call to full time foreign missions. We were to go into all the world and make disciples, but we had no idea how to accomplish this, we needed help.

We heard about International Gospel Outreach (IGO) while on a mission trip to Tanzania.  Anthony & Cindy Holland, IGO missionaries working in Kenya, East Africa told us a great place to start was to attend the IGO Missions School in Semmes, Alabama.  We signed up for the next class – January 2006.

This was one of the best decisions we have ever made.  IGO’s instructors and currcullium in our opinion is ranked with some of the largest Mission Agencies or Christian Colleges in the country.  All the classes are designed to build confidence and knowledge needed to bring the gospel to an unreached people group. World Perspectives has a wealth of information needed to present the gospel, make disciples and plant churches run by the indigenous people.  Classes such as "Building Strategies,” “Heart of a Missionary," "The Indigenous Church” and “How To Survive On The Mission Field” to name a few helped define our calling.

During our training, many seasoned missionaries shared their experiences on the field. , a priceless blessing. We Americans lack knowledge of the world, the World Geography course spawned   many question about other countries as well as the 10/40 window (Largest concentration of unreached people groups.)

A trip to our mission’s site, The Gambia, West Africa gave us an opportunity to put into action the great training we got at IGO.  While in the Gambia we lived and worked among the people.  Although the community is a 98% Islamic culture we were well received.  God gave us favor with the people and presented many ministry opportunities.

"The gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all the nations and then the end will come."
